As a Brand Aligner, you’ll be helping genuinely exciting clients align their customer experience behind an inspirational brand vision, that you’ll have been central in creating. You’ll usually be working in a project team alongside a Partner and will be….

  • Managing board-level clients on a day to day basis

  • Designing, organising and conducting creative qualitative research programmes that truly get under the skin of consumer motivations

  • Running customer experience workshops that inspire clients through outstanding presentation of insight and utilise the depth of their knowledge, leading to co-creation of a way forward

  • Hunting for new business, and assisting with pitches and presentations

Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years experience in a senior client-facing role from an agency background, or a similar level of experience in a customer experience or brand management function client-side

  • Experience of working for, or working with, experiential brands, with an understanding of the unique relationship that their customers have with these businesses

  • A thorough understanding of brands and their role in business success

  • Outstanding project management skills

  • Confidence in running both creative workshops and detailed implementation sessions

  • Equally happy with both Physical and digital customer experience

This job is a full-time position based in Manchester but will involve regular national travel with the opportunity for some international travel.
