Forbes have reported on the top five trends shaping the future of customer service and suggest 2015 will be the year CEOs begin to make customer service a real priority.

Importantly, it predicts this will be achieved through proper investment and support from the top level.

Over the past year there has been an increase in the number of CCOs ‘Chief Customer Officers’, with an increasing number of companies recruiting for this role to ensure they have a customer-centric business.
