Andrew is a founding partner of Brand Vista and has over 30 years of strategy, branding and the continuous improvement of customer and colleague experiences. He has worked in both the client and agency businesses. What gets him up every morning is a passion for helping clients grow through building genuinely differentiated brands that deliver an irresistible customer experience, colleagues who are proud to deliver it and a culture of customer understanding and innovation.
Gary is the chairman and one of the original founders of Brand Vista. With over 20 years of brand experience both on the client and agency side he loves finding out what customers and consumers are really thinking and turning this knowledge into compelling brand propositions that succeed in the real world.
Emma’s background is in brand strategy, innovation and training. She worked client side for many years across a range of industries and now as a brand, customer experience and innovation consultant and trainer she loves using her experience to help clients’ achieve business success.
Sling is a Director at Brand Vista, with over 20 years’ experience in advertising, innovation and brand consultancies. He’s happiest when being part of a team bringing the new brand vision to life – creating ideas that are compelling for customers, motivating for colleagues, and help deliver an irresistible customer experience.
Amy’s background is in qualitative and quantitative consumer and market research. With a fascination in understanding human behaviour, Amy loves to immerse herself into the world of the consumer and colleague, digging deep to turn data and information into a meaningful story with actionable insights for our clients.
Kate is Brand Vista’s Head of Strategy. With a background in innovation & brand strategy consulting across a range of sectors, she loves helping clients to develop distinct brand positions that are founded in insight and are brought to life consistently throughout the customer and colleague experience.
Tabitha is a Senior Strategist who loves to moderate qualitative research to provide clients with customer and colleague focused insight and facilitate brand strategy and innovation workshops to develop distinct brands with an aligned experience to follow. Alongside work, she enjoys horse riding and loves to travel whenever she gets the chance.
Janet is a Senior Quantitative Researcher with a passion for all things data. Janet enjoys utilising a range of methodologies to answer client questions and provide real life insight. Her goal is to dig into the data to help explain and inform behaviour, in a highly visual way.
Joe’s background is in manufacturing where he ran and oversaw numerous improvement projects delivering benefits to both the colleague and customer experiences. At Brand Vista, he has been able to expand his field of work to numerous other sectors including retail, logistics and leisure – training teams of people in continuous improvement techniques such as Lean and Six Sigma. Joe firmly believes that in order for businesses to make tangible improvements and effect real change, quality data collection and analysis is key.
Jodie joined Brand Vista from a fast paced, high pressure retail management role. She has experience organising a wide variety of research projects across the globe with great attention to detail and seamless delivery. Jodie is passionate about research and enjoys facilitating discussions and uncovering both colleague and customer insights, for the development of client’s brands.
Holly’s background is in insight, communication and brand strategies. With over 8 years’ experience working agency side, Holly lives in the world of her clients and project manages from a truly informed and insightful place to improve business performance through their brand.
Abbie is a research assistant, with experience working on qualitative and quantitative research projects at university and in previous voluntary roles within the charity sector. Abbie has a background in psychology, and enjoys applying this knowledge to customer and colleague experience research.
